This handmade ceramic mug is crafted with care in Maine. Made and glazed by hand in our signature glaze, Rustic Espresso, its earthy and rustic finish makes it a wonderfully tactile mug for ceremonial cacao, matcha, coffee and tea.
Rustic Espresso is a deep brown, almost black finish with soft, warm brown undertones coming through for a warm and elegant feel.

Each mug is made from black clay and finished with a hand applied glaze, creating a one of a kind piece with its own warmth and character. Fired at a minimum 2167°F, it’s designed to be both durable and beautiful for everyday use.
Your mug will arrive carefully packaged in beautiful, eco-friendly packaging, ready to use or give as a thoughtful gift. The bottom of the mug is carefully polished before packaging to ensure it is gentle on surfaces.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected. These natural differences are not imperfections but a reflection of the unique and one of a kind character of each piece.
All orders are carefully packaged using beautiful, eco-friendly materials. Products that are in-stock and ready to ship are sent out within 1-7 business days, while made to order products typically ship within 1-2 weeks.

All of our ceramics are made with lead-free, food-safe glazes and are both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, for the best care and to keep them in great condition, we recommend handwashing whenever possible.
