Handmade Ceramic Salt Cellar
Our handmade, wabi sabi, ceramic salt cellar is crafted with care in our cottage studio in Maine. Designed to keep your salt dry, breathable, and easy to reach for while cooking.
Each salt cellar is made to order, made by hand from black clay and finished with a hand applied glaze, creating a one of a kind piece with its own warmth and character.
The potter and philosopher Sōetsu Yanagi wrote that the finest objects are "born, not made", shaped as much by process and material as by the hand that guides them. That belief runs through everything we do.
